FRAIS was born with a desire to provide healthy and nutritious food and drink to the public, an alternative to junk food, with a motto of “Encouraging healthier eating habits in the community and nation.”.

With an ever-increasing demand for healthy food products, this market has yet to peak in the UK and abroad.

The Frais business model not only focuses on healthy food products, but also offers fresh juice mixes, a wide selection of tea and Frais’ own blend of coffee mixed with chia seeds.

The coffee is being marketed as the world’s healthiest coffee and the menu also caters for both vegan and gluten-free consumers.

The look and feel of the stores are a vintage cottage style that gives an overall organic and authentic image to the business.

Frais, meaning fresh in French, has a very strong brand image and identity. The business aims to be a part of its consumers’ daily life and build a following.

Frais has only been established for just over a year and has already branched out to open a second venue. With the aim of franchising exclusively through GIC the business aims to open 5 new stores in 2016 and 10 stores in 2017.
